Over 20 years ago, the children and families ministry director at Woodbury Lutheran approached Heidi with a dream. To praise His name with dance! Heidi and her sister, Sonja, ran with that dream and Spirited Feet was born. Children and teens have been praising the Lord through dance at Spirited Feet ever since!

Over the years, Spirited Feet has grown to offer classes at multiple sites, including churches and pre-school programs. Our dance camps are a popular option for those looking to add some extra summer fun!

Intesrested in hosting a Spirited feet class or camp at your organization?
If you would like to add some movement to your available curriculum, Spirited Feet can help! We currently work with several pre-schools to offer extracurricular options either during or after school. We can also help get your summer programming “moving” by partnering with you to offer a Spirited Feet summer dance camp. Please contact us for more information.
